Rules & Regulations
Rules and Regulations for Gulf Coast Five Star RV Resort
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please review all rules before your stay. A copy of the full rules and regulations is available for download below.
General Rules
- All RVs must be self-contained
- RVs up to 47 feet accommodated
- All rigs must have a septic hose connector
- On-site management available 24/7
- 24-hour access for all guests
- Security cameras in operation throughout the resort
- No tents, pop-up campers or camping allowed
- No subletting of sites
- Management reserves the right to refuse service
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees
- All guests must register upon arrival
- Valid ID required at check-in
Quiet Hours & Conduct
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No loud music, excessive noise or disturbances at any time
- Respect your neighbors and their space
- Disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal without refund
- No profanity or offensive behavior
- Alcohol consumption must remain on your site
Pets
- Pets are welcome at Gulf Coast 5 Star RV Resort
- Maximum of 2 pets per site
- Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your RV
- Pet owners are responsible for their animals at all times
- Please clean up after your pets immediately
- Aggressive animals are not permitted
- Dog park available on site for off-leash play
- Pets are not allowed in the bathhouses or laundry facilities
Vehicles & Parking
- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the resort
- Park in designated areas only — no parking on grass or roadways
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site
- Boat and trailer storage available on site (additional fee may apply)
- No vehicle repairs or maintenance on site
- Motorcycles must be walked to and from the site
- No ATVs, golf carts or unlicensed vehicles permitted
Fires & Grilling
- Open fires are not permitted — charcoal grills and smokers allowed
- BBQ pavilion with charcoal grills available for all guests
- Never leave a grill unattended while in use
- Dispose of ash only after it has completely cooled
- No burning of trash or debris
Utilities & Site Care
- Do not waste water — conserve at all times
- All sewer connections must use a proper sewer hose and donut seal
- No dumping of gray or black water on the ground
- Keep your site clean and free of trash at all times
- Trash must be placed in designated dumpster areas
- No washing of vehicles on site
- Report any utility issues to management immediately
Guests & Visitors
- All visitors must register at the office
- Visitors are allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM only
- Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors
- Overnight guests must be approved by management and may incur additional fees
- Maximum occupancy per site must be observed
Reservations & Cancellations
- Book online via RoverPass or call (979) 230-6199
- A reservation is a two-way agreement — we hold your site and turn away all future requests in return for your payment
- Customers have 24 hours after making a reservation to cancel for a $50 cancellation charge
- No refunds beyond the 24-hour cancellation window
- No refunds for reservation fees less than $50
- Weekly and extended stay guests: no refunds for early departure
- Security deposits are required to hold a site and are non-refundable if you choose not to take the site
- Your deposit also serves as an electric deposit after move-in
- Security/electric deposit will be refunded in full once the site is vacated clean and the account is paid in full
Pool & Amenity Areas
- Use all amenities at your own risk
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No glass containers in amenity areas
- Please shower before using pool facilities
- Proper swimwear required in pool area
- Amenity areas are for registered guests only
