We decided a first-class park needed concrete streets and pads with sufficient parking and a covered cooking / visiting area on the water for relaxing evenings. Amenities must also include a recreation room, conference room, multi-location bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms, an on-site parking area for boats and trailers and on-site fishing. No resort is complete without Playground  and Dog Park so we added them.  In 2022, We fenced in the resort and added Entry and Exit gates for added security and privacy so you may call us your home away from home!
