Please note:
Daily/Weekly – Rate includes 4 people. Additional people over the age of 16 – $7.00 per person per day
Monthly – Rate includes 2 people. Additional people over the age of 16 – $60.00 per person per month
Maximum people allowed per site is 6.
Number of pets per site – 2 (small to medium size – Maximum 50-60 pounds)
RV must be 10 years or newer; Acceptable in appearance; City code requires current license plates and current inspections; No torn awnings, taped windows (exception for sunblock shades), no window A/C units; If older than 10 years – Email photo of RV (all sides) for approval. Photos must be current, and date stamped. If previously approved, management has the right to refuse upon arrival.
